Delete your Yama AI account

You can permanently delete your Yama AI account from the account menu in the app. Sign in, open your profile, and choose Delete account.
Delete chats without deleting your account
To remove selected conversation data, open the chat menu and choose Delete. To remove all conversations stored on the current device, open Settings and choose Clear all conversations. These actions do not delete your Yama account or cancel a subscription.
If you cannot access the app
The service operator must configure the public support email before the app is submitted to Google Play.
What is deleted
The account identity, subscription entitlement record, and usage counters associated with the account are deleted. Conversations stored only on a device should be cleared in Yama before uninstalling or by clearing the app's local storage.
Active Google Play subscriptions
Deleting a Yama account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions to stop future renewals.
